We stock a number of items that could ship out the same day the order is placed, however depending on the quantity desired, most orders that aren't stocked can be fulfilled within 3-5 business days.
We have customers throughout the continental U.S., but have also shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico. Most of our shipments are either parcel, if only a case or two, or LTL up to several pallets of material.
The first step would be to determine the need of the actual end user, define the size and scope of the project and decide if current molds would satisfy the need, and then if necessary we would utilize our design firm to create drawings and specifications for a new mold or possibly even a new knife set to product the desired product.
